Once upon a time, there lived a kind and wise monarch who only had one leg and one eye. One day, the king was wandering around his palace when he noticed the paintings of his ancestors down the hallway. Furthermore, he desired to have his portrait painted by an artist, but he was uncertain about the outcome due to his physical quirks. The King invited all the painters from all the nations to compete to paint the most gorgeous portrait of him. With only one leg and one eye, the painters were unable to capture the King’s grandeur in their painting. Invited to all painters worldwide, the King requested who could create the most gorgeous portrait of him.The painters could not figure out how to depict the King, who had only one leg and one eye, in such a magnificent way.

With grace, none of the artists agreed to depict the King. Then a young painter stood up and promised to create a stunning portrait of the King. A few days later, the young painter presented the picture to the court. It showed the King seated on the horse, one leg showing, holding his bow, and pointing the arrow with one closed eye. The king in the image showed no signs of physical deformity. The King was happy to find that the painter had skillfully portrayed the King’s good traits without drawing attention to his oddities.
